Plumbing & Sewer Inspections

Condition Assessments, Reporting, Planning, & Value Engineering

Clear Answers Before Any Work Begins

Before repairs, rehabilitation, or replacement, inspection comes first. At Fathom Plumbing Solutions, inspections are how we diagnose, document, and determine the right solution...not how we sell unnecessary work.

We understand Plumbing, hidden behind walls and beneath structures and while for most these systems are "out of sight and mind", they are not for us. We know that these components have a limited design life expectancy and that when they begin to fail it can be severe and catastrophic, and a daunting task to remediate.

To get ahead of these challenges we offer a suite of preemptive, investigative, and planning services. Our diagnostic findings enable us to create curated short and long-term solutions through planned maintenance, repair, and replacement, helping our clients avoid costly emergency repairs and the resulting damage.
